Outpatient Therapy
At Elevate 430, we specialize in outpatient speech-language therapy services designed to empower individuals of all ages. Areas of specialties include feeding/dysphagia, expressive and receptive language, speech sound production, and executive functioning skills affecting activities of daily life--such as attention, organization, problem solving, planning and self-monitoring. Comprehensive assessments guide customized treatment plans that address both foundational skills and real-world application.
We believe collaboration is essential to meaningful progress. Therapy extends beyond the clinic through carryover home programming and strong partnerships with clients--ensuring strategies are practical and easily integrated into daily routines. Consulting Services
Consulting services are designed to empower parents with practical tools, confidence and clarity--so meaningful progress can happen right at home. We partner with families to translate child development and therapeutic strategies into simple, effective routines that fit real life.
Whether you are a first time parent wanting to better understand developmental milestones, a parent of a child with complex needs seeking targeted strategies, or a busy parent who cannot commit to weekly therapy sessions, our coaching meets you where you are. Sessions are personalized, flexible and focused on what matters most to your family.
Literacy Services
Literacy services are intended to support individuals who experience reading difficulties, including dyslexia--no formal diagnosis required. We begin with a comprehensive assessment to identify each persons unique strengths and areas of need. From there, instruction is personalized and follows the Evidence Based Literacy Instruction (EBLI) framework. EBLI focuses on the foundational skills of phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, handwriting, spelling and written language. This accelerated literacy program is designed to close gaps and gain mastery in a structured, supportive way.
Our goal is not just improvement, but efficiency and confidence--providing individuals with the tools they need to become capable, independent readers in the shortest time possible.
Neurotraining
The brain has the ability to adapt, reorganize and change throughout life. We offer individualized programming to increase memory, attention, focus, balance, mobility and performance. Neurotraining can even help with pain.
Photobiomodulation
Enhance your therapy services at Elevate 430 by layering photobiomodulation (PBM) into your treatment plan. This gentle, noninvasive technology is suitable for all ages and supports the body's natural healing and neuroplastic processes. Through a handheld device, targeted red and infrared wavelengths penetrate deep into tissues. When combined with skilled care, PBM may help optimize focus, regulation, and overall therapeutic progress.
NEUROSAGE

Red Light Therapy
We are excited to offer CLEARLIGHT Red Light Therapy- the gold standard in wellness technology designed specifically for human healing and performance. CLEARLIGHT Red Light Therapy employ Variable Optics Technology which delivers therapeutic light from multiple beam angles for deeper, more effective absorption into tissues and cells. These therapeutic wavelengths help to simulate cellular energy (ATP) production, enhance tissue regeneration, combat depression, reduce inflammation and pain, as well as support muscle recovery and relaxation.

With almost two decades of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Elevate 430 was founded on the belief that exceptional therapy comes form deep clinical knowledge, thoughtful collaboration and a whole-person, whole-family approach. My clinical background includes work in preschool and elementary school settings, outpatient therapy clinics, early intervention and skilled nursing and rehabilitation environments. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on communication and neurological development and functional outcomes--supporting clients from infancy through adulthood.
My vision for Elevate 430 is to intentionally integrate the best of each setting: the developmental lens + coaching of early intervention, the educational insights from school-based therapy and the functional real-world emphasis of rehabilitation services. The result is therapy that is practical, evidence-based and deeply personalized.
